Stories that Build

Our collective stories provide the threads that connects us. They become woven together to create strength and texture, color and brightness. Sharing them enables us to own our narrative, to feel confident with our voice, and to become empowered by one another's experiences. We are the architects of our life designing our futures around a shared community table.

  • Mom First, Chef Second

Motherhood was my first reinvention. Raising this young man (now a teenager!) required that I step into my full self and I've never looked back.

  • Cooking as a Transformation

I had always cooked for pleasure and I leaned into it as I processed grief. My debut cookbook was featured on the Today Show, and culinary school was a healing mission combined with adventure. I left my safe, corporate job and launched my own business.

Feed Your Fire is the culimanation of so many of these experiences. It draws from the lessons learned and the belief that we are not our circumstances. We are creators, sculpting our experiences.
