Refund policy

If you received a damaged or defective product or there was an error in your shipment, please contact info@kimbakerfoods.com within 14 days from delivery and we will exchange the order at no cost to you.

If you have changed your mind about the purchase, you can return the items within 14 days provided the packages are unopened, undamaged, and unused and must be received in sellable condition. Please note that return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
